Nice...and I particularly liked the picture of the river. Very scenic and peaceful looking.

That is the Chama River in NM. The river runs through a corner of the property that I want to buy. If the power of positive thought actually works..then I will have my house and my little bend in the river very soon!...:)

It is beautiful. I could sit by it all day.

Peace,
Lisa

All great choices! Lord of the Rings, Medium, Heroes, Sushi. Where do we sign up!

And jewelry making, my wife's hobby.

That was a nice thought about sharing! I suppose all of us should follow this.

Lisa McGlaun said...

Rolando,
What kind of jewelry? I made amulet bags. They are made out of tiny glass beads the size of a seed, woven together with a needle and thread. Those were my favorite to make but I made other things too.

And yes, I plate of sushi and the TV remote doesn't sound too bad.

Thanks,
Lisa

Amribir,

If we all shared then no one would go without...right? Sounds like a good concept to follow.

Hi Lisa!!! Wow, how interesting to know that you worked as a Jewelry Maker and as a Book Keeper for a military thrift store! Very interesting! I really like The Lord of the rings trilogy and sixteen candles too! :)

Thanks a lot for your review about my blog :) Have just had a look at it. Very much appreciated :)

Have a great week Lisa!!

Wen.

Wen,

See. I knew we had lots of things in common. I wish I still had some of the amulet bags that I used to make but I gave them all away as gifts. I still have the patterns and beads to make more, just don't have time.

Do you remember Long Duck Dong from Sixteen Candles?...OMG! Still makes me laugh.

Peace,
Lisa

Hi Lisa, nice personal & picture blog you got. Cheers from Fruity

Lisa McGlaun said...

Hey Fruity,

Thanks for the compliment. This meme post is the only personal one I've ever done. My focus is usually very different. I don't like to talk about myself on this blog.

I use LifePrints to shine a light on good things going on in our world. Check back to see what I mean. This last post was just supposed to be a break in the action.

Nice to see you here,
Lisa

Anna,
Thanks for the compliment. It was kind of nice to share a little about myself. Maybe it will put a face behind what I'm trying to do with LifePrints.

Dana,
What I wouldn't do to get my hands on a piece of my Aunt Lenore's Red Velvet Cake right now!..lol...I understand.
